Dad had a use-it-or-loose-it personal day and needed to run some errands in Logan, Taylor wanted to tag along, and Grandpa needed a couple of things picked up from Bear Lake. So Monday morning we took a trip... We went to Hardware Ranch to see the Elk, but got there around 11:00 and nothing opens until 12:00. So we went back to Logan and stoped at the "American West History" facility in Logan to see a friend. We had lunch at Sizzler then headed up Logan Canyon. In the canyon we helped a couple that got their car stuck trying to turn around. At the cabin, Taylor was more interested in playing with his snowshoes than riding the 4wheeler. Our return home was uneventful except the fact that we saw more Elk outside of Woodruff than we did at Hardware Ranch. Taylor spent the whole trip learning how to tell time from a digital clock...

Nov Recap
November has come and gone. What can I say happened this month? We have continued to work on our new deck. Grandpa is going to be so glad when it is done.
We hosted our first Thanksgiving at our house this year. We had Lee’s family for Dinner. (Grandpa and Grandma Carlton, Kee, Steph, and Holland, and Kee’s Brother.) After dinner the boys, and Tiffany went and shot off the rockets that they received and build at Easter. Key brought a bunch of engines, so they were able to launch each rocket at least 5 times. Fun was had by all.
On black Friday, I of course worked. The Family went on their annual outing to the Spiral Jetty on the Great Salt Lake. They had late lunch and watched the sunset.
We hope all is well with everyone and hope the Holidays are good to you. Hope you all have a Very Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year.

2nd Annual Day After Thanksgiving Spirial Jetty Trip
The Spiral Jetty is an interesting formation that some dude with too much money and too much time built on the North East side of The Great Salt Lake. It is about 11 miles down a dirt road from the Promontory Point visitors center which is about 30 miles West of Brigham City. It is about a 2 hour drive from our home and there is almost never a crowd.
Don't forget to the pics form last year, I posted them in August. What a difference a year makes!!! Last year it was almost completely under water.
Sunset over the Spiral Jetty
34 degrees and a 30-40 mph wind coming off the Lake. These two didn't need their coats...
