Fun in Wyoming

We arrived in Sidney, NE around 11:45 and found a Wal-Mart right off the freeway. We ended up spending the night with at least 60 truckers... I just wish they would shut off the trucks, the idling diesels vibrate the trekker.

Last night we ate dinner in a little pub in the old train station down town. The bartender asked trey if he was 21. Trey not understanding him said yes. The bartender didn't question him. I shook my head so he sat us in the family area. The food was good.

I am having some problems uploading to this site. I will work on it.

Tiff's Trecker trip Fish Lake & Capital Reef NP

My dad and I had long and interesting ride down to fish lake. I was navigating, lucky we got there and went to the lodge to eat it was great then we went and pitched camp/the trecker, pretty close to the lake once we got there I had to start the fire my first one out of the house. I did it with a little help, and then we went to bed because we had a long day a head of us.

We left the nice cool lake to go to the very hot Capital Reef, to do neither of us new what. First we went to Fruita a little old city right in the NP and looked at all the old houses and farms and saw some nice deer. Next we went on a 1/4 of a mile hike well according to the sign were it began. Then it was about five and a half miles round trip. It was fun except the part when I through up right after it. My dad decided that he would go on a 2 mile hike without me and I slept in the trecker until he got back. We did our last hikes that were tiny, each less then a mile put together and on one, the wind picked up and my dad lost his favorite hat. Then we headed back to the lake and I had ramen noodles and dad had a hot dog, and we both had marshmallows.

The next day we went fishing and caught nothing. So we headed home.

Again I navigated and I did get us lost well I thought we were lost. We went on a nice road that turned into a dirt road and went through a bunch of mountains and then it took us down into Ephraim from there it was smooth sailing.
